TV, VCR, radio and alarm
clock. The video source is satellite - cablevision.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
The rent, required to complete the booking, is
50% (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security
deposit. If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival, all but one night's
rent will be refunded.
Pet Policy
Although pets are not allowed, there are kennels and
pet minding nearby.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time rule ... guests must
respect neighbours.
First Night Restriction
Arrival can be any day of the week.
Check In/Out
The check in and out policy is flexible and should
be discussed with the Owner.
